VendorGo is a mobile app which is designed for Vendors to connect with Builders through real-time information. Vendors which work with builders using NEWSTAR, FAST, BuildTopia or HomeDev enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are eligible to use VendorGo. VendorGo provides the following functionality:
• One account to connect a Vendor to all the constellation builders that they work with regardless of which ERP that builder uses
• View lists of daily, weekly and overdue schedule tasks
• View task details including notes, photos, related purchase orders and a Google map referencing the lot location
• View purchase orders and Warranty Tasks details with date approved
• View and download documents to your device
• Task-based Messaging system for builder-to-vendor task-related communication
• Search for tasks, documents, and purchase orders
• Filter searches by builder, project, lot, file types, date ranges and more
• Allows Vendors to confirm task availability and confirm task completion
• Allows Vendors to add notes and photos to tasks
• Offline functionality with data synchronization once a network connection is established
